The Quadrangle, Phase I - Dallas, TX: Renovation of 71,000 sf of retail space. Penn Square Mall - Oklahoma City, OK: expansion of existing one-level mall to two levels and addition of a two-level area. Construction added 240,000 sf of floor area. Lincoln Heights Retail Center - San Antonio, TX: 144,200 sf, one-story retail center. The Fountains - Plantation, FL: 225,600 sf, one-story retail center. Penny at The Parks Mall - Arlington, TX: 150,000 sf, 2-story department store. William Sonoma & Pottery Barn - Naperville, IL: renovation of a building cluster into retail space by adding a mezzanine, constructing a new store front, and relocating existing columns and footings while maintaining an intact roof.
